I have on loan the microfilm of v. 3 covering years 1882 - 1889 of the Death Records for San Francisco. I was looking for Isabel WHITTLE, she died according to an obituary from the San Francisco Examiner "in the city, Dec 13" the year was 1883. She is not in this record. Could anyone tell me, are these records very complete, do they only cover specific types of deaths? It seems like there are a large number of suicides and accidental deaths in it. I would appreciate any further info about these records. Also, if any one would like me to take a peek for them, they are arranged alphabetically - ie all the "A"s together then broken down by year withing that letter. I will have the film a couple more weeks, someone may as well get some use out of it. Thanks for your help, JanaLee
