His name was Bernard SCHWICKERATH, DOB:14July 1866. He arrived in San Francisco from Germany in 1888. Her name was Josephine THOMAS, DOB:27January1869. She came from Germany to San Francisco in 1896. They married in 1896 and their first child, William, was born in San Francisco in 1897.
