There is a Catholic girls high school in SF called "Star of the Sea", possible it could have been connected? The school is in the Richmond district of SF. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Christine Moody" <clmoody@avci.net> To: <CASANFRA-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, August 13, 2001 9:05 AM Subject: [CASANFRA] help > im looking for some info. There is almost certainly no connection between St. Mary Star of the Sea parish in Gualala, Mendocino(http://www.mcn.org/1/aloysius/MARYSTAR.HTML) and in San Francisco (http://www.sfarchdiocese.org/parishes/starofthesea.html), apart from their both being Roman Catholic. It is a popular parish name in coastal towns and you can find Star of the Sea RC churches in Sausalito, Alviso, San Pedro, and elsewhere. --- Lavonne Emler <embear5@home.com> wrote: > There is a Catholic girls high school in SF called > "Star of the Sea", > possible it could have been connected? > The school is in the Richmond district of SF. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Christine Moody" <clmoody@avci.net> > To: <CASANFRA-L@rootsweb.com> > Sent: Monday, August 13, 2001 9:05 AM > Subject: [CASANFRA] help > > > > im looking for some info.
