The CABI is still available on vitalsearch without charge, although you have to deal with those annoying pop-up adds, including, this morning, some that seemed to be for porno videos. For some reason, it requires an e-mail address to get to the CADI, but not the CABI. And sometimes it tells me I don't have the authority to access the second page of the info it pulls up on an inquiry, but it works next time I try.
