Harvey Fisk Clarke was born May 13, 1883 in St. Lawrence County, NY, and died April 17, 1960 in Sacramento. Harvey's wife was named Clara (I don't know her maiden name), and their only known child was Arthur Clarke, who is probably still alive. About the only other information I have on Harvey Fisk Clarke is that he attended college in Michigan, and was employed as a school superintendant in Sacramento. I am not sure when or where Arthur Clarke was born, and I am not sure when Harvey and Clara Clarke moved to Sacramento.
