According to family records Katherine died in California - I will check with her 1ggdaughter, Polly when I see her next time. Ivan Landsteadt was from Sweden & died in NV. Both Katherine & Ivan married while he lived in Folsom, CA - she was barely 18y old and was living in a convent [according to family tradition] in Santa Rosa, Sonoma, CA even tho' her parents were in Folsom, CA. Believe it would be Sacramento, Sacramento, CA or Folsom area - where her parents lived for a time and so did her husband before they were married. All fthat amily records say are "California".
