He was born on May 17, 1931 in Sacramento, CA, the son of the late John Williams and Goldie (Lehmen) Parker. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Frank B. Parker. He is survived by a brother, Donald Parker of Huntsville, AL, sister-in-law, Pat Parker of Ste. Genevieve, and ex-wife,Helen Dull of Farmington. Several nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.
