I have the CADI cds and I looked at the first name Theodore in 1983 and there is no surname even close to the spelling of HENDIARD. Also looked in the 1920 census and again, no listings. How sure are you of the spelling of this surname? What makes you think this family was in Sacramento county? Also searched for Vanduseun and Ziegerst and neither surnames exist in either CADI or the SSDI
