Unfortunately, we know very little about her and in fact just a week ago found out she was married to Albert R Davis . In doing some census research I found an Albert R Davis located in the Sacramento County Jail in the 1920 census. Therefore, I'm wondering if there are county jail records kept from that time and if so, where they are stored and how one goes about getting access to them?? If there are not jail records either still in existence or accessible, are there criminal court records I could look at?
