I am seeking information on John and Catherine "Caty" Barrett Carter. It is believed they were married in Nelson Co. Kentucky in 1803. In 1825, they resided in Morgan Co. Illinois where their son Tolbert was born. In 1827, another son, Smiley, was born there also. Both John and Caty died in 1842 in Holt Co. Missouri. In 1846, Tolbert and Smiley both emigrated to the Oregon Territory. I would like to know the names of other children, as well as parents and birthdates for John and Caty.
