Hi - I'm new to the list and this is my CARTER: Effie Jane CARTER born in 1873 Eaton Co, MI, died in 1961 Eaton Co, MI. She was the daughter of Silas CARTER and Caroline BLY. She married Milton D NEFF in 1892 in Eaton Co, MI. They had one daughter Gladys Marie NEFF in 1896, died 1991. Would like to find living descendants of this couple. Margaret
