Does anyone have information about Julie Carter Richards, daughter of William Jackson Carter? William was born in1840 and died in 1891. Julie had two sisters: Halle (died at age 10) and Laura. Julie and her husband moved to Wyandotte, Oklahoma, while they were young. Thanks. Lynda
