Dear Lloyd, Thanks for taking the time to post all of those census records. I am writing a book on my 3rd great grandfather William Carter of Utah, and his shows up on those three census records, I think. I have a few questions: Do you know what cities the #151 and #148 are? What is the "HH" column? Is #31 County Washington? Is #21 County Salt Lake? Do you know what the "RW" and "PW" columns are for? Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it!
