Dear All, I want to thank all who have been helping me solve my dilema of too many ancesteries. With Paul Carter's help I zapped one and now with June Cottrell's another bites the dust. June finally provided me with the birthdate of Sherwood Carter's son, Joseph (1775). The Joseph Carter I am looking for was born 1755, I know not where, but he married in Henry Co, VA 1778 , Nancy Menefee. Menefee is a prominent name in Culpeper Co. If anyone is researching in Culpeper Co, drop me a line Lynn Marion
