Hi, I have gotten several e-mails concerning the LDS website requiring a password. I don't know any more than you do. I did however look for more info on the web. There is two articles that talk about the use of a password on the LDS site. The first is at http://www.lds-gems.com/archive/news/990304.html and was put on the web by the LDS church. The second is an article by msnbc.com and you can get to that article from the LDS website that I listed above. I hope this answers everyones questions.
