Gable, 60, of Route 1, Bartlesville, died at 5:40pm Tuesday in the Jane Phillips Building of the local medical Center. Mrs. Gable was born on Sept. 18 1921 at Hominy, Oklahoma. She grew up in the Hominy and Bartlesville areas and she married to Frank Gable on May 20, 1946 at Sedan, Kansas. They made thei home in the Bartlesville area since that time and for over 36 years has made their home in the Hogshooter area east of Bartlesville. Mr. Gable had been employed by National Zinc company until his retirement in April of 1976 and he preceeded Mrs. Gable in death on Nov 13 1976. Mrs. Gable is survived by one dauhgter Mrs. Perry (Sue) Talbott of Route 1, Bartlesville; 5 sisters: Mrs. Ben (Cora) Currie of Porter, Texas, Mrs. lawrence (Geraldine) Lowe of Bartlesville, Mrs. Howard (Donetta) Truitt of Bowring, Mrs. Bernard (Grace) Martin of Dewey, and Mrs. (Joe) Hays of Bartlesville; three brothers: Walter Dittman of Dewey, Lewis dittman and Charles Grady both of Bartlesville and three grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Gable will be held at (**obit cut off so will put____for missing data) pm Thursday in the Stumff Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rowe of the Vera _____Will Baptist Church officiating.
