I am hoping that someone will recognize the name of my gr uncle Lee A. or G. CARTER. I believe he may have been born in the Dyer/Gibson Co area, but need to clarify that. His father was LeRoy Green Carter, he had siblings named John, James Monroe, Dora, Sarah and Emma. He lived in Memphis TN and was still writing family letters in 1957, at the age of 91. I would really love to know more of this gentleman, Who his wife and children were, where he was born and where he went to church, and was buried, the last two, most likely Memphis.
