This is a repeat of a previous post for all your new subscribers: Looking for information on John and Catherine "Caty" (Barrett) Carter. They were married in 1803 in Nelson County, Kentucky. Birthplaces and dates unknown. They moved to Morgan County, Illinois, date unknown. They had two sons, Tolbert b 1825 and Linville (Smiley) b 1827 in Morgan County. They then moved to Holt County, Missouri, around 1841. Catherine and John both died in 1842. Their sons Tolbert and Smiley went to Oregon in 1845. Any connection?
