Hi Bryan, The "Roster of Confederate Soldiers" can be found in the CARTER-L archives. http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl enter "Carter" for your list and for 1998 do a search for "Confederate Roster" and they should pop right up. (Note: there is no www in this address.) or...if you are like me and don't have this marked as a favorite place, and can never get this URL address just right, what I do is go to: http://www.rootsweb.com click on "searches" scoot down to and click on "a million messages" and then, you are at the same place to enter "Carter" for your list Have fun in the archives!
