He married Hattie May Murkison and they had a daughter named Nelle Jane Carter and hse was born Sept. 13, 1917 in Iron City, Decatur, GA. Nelle then Married Benjamin Elmore Goodson on Dec. 09, 1932 As for James, all I know is that he died in Hosford, Liberty Co., FL. If you have any information, it would be of great help.
