Dear Carter Cousins, Happy Valentine's Day! The Carter Census On-line site is now open. But remember its a beta or prototype site. Several email links need to be finished; the music for the Hall of Honor takes too long (if your patient, its worth the wait...well, at least I think so! :-) etc ) The site is set up to operate with a few states in the 1790, 1800, 1810 census years only. This will allow for you to let me know how you like/dislike the "feel" of the site. For Researchers/Transcribers who have not sent their names to me, please do so that I may add your names as I add more census years and states to the site.
