I am looking for the first wife's last name of Wallace H. Carter.......She is listed as Lillie on her first daughter's delayed birth certificate but I can't make out the last name. He was married to this Lillie around 1890 and they had 4 children by 1898. By 1900, he was married to his second wife, Mary E. I would appreciate any info on this family. Thanks! Marsha
