Searching for RICHARD F. CARTER, born about 1924 in Los Angeles, California. Father is GEORGE P. CARTER born in Colorado 1894, mother is MARGARET B. NOYES born about 1901 in Nebraska. Found them on the 1930 census along with my great grandmother PERCIE/PIRCA/PERCY ANN PIERCE - NOYES. I think I found GEORGE's death date on SS death index, but not positive it's him. I am hoping some relative of theirs see's this and it rings a bell. Any help would be appreciated. SULLY
