My Kansas Carters- Sophia (possibly Saphronia)m. Joseph Ross, Humbolt KS, 1908. Her father, Alpheus Carter, d. Iola, KS, 1915. Her uncles, Anderson G. Carter and Isadore Lincoln (Link) Carter died in Fulton, Bourbon, Co. Found graves for Link and some of his family at Zion Cemetery west of Fulton, but no probate records for him in Bourbon Co Courthouse, Fort Scott, KS. Did find probate records for Anderson, but no graves. Also looking for information on their father, (my G-G Grandfather) Abraham Carter, who is listed several places as having died in Fulton, but no probate record or graves found yet.
