I am researching my ggrandfather George Washington CARTER, b. May 1851, d. Oct 1921. He was born in LA, as was sister Tabitha CARTER, 1854 and brother William 1857. The three were in McLennan County Texas on 1870 census. Who are their parents and where are they from.
