Lyman CARTER, who lost a leg in the Civil War); he married Mary ___ Their children were Francis, a daughter, and Thomas (who married a Japanese girl from California) Francis CARTER married Emma ____ "of Lowville," Lewis Co., NY Thier children were Howard and Helen Helen married Mr. LAUBER Their children were Robert, Elizabeth and Caroline LAUBER Kim
