I am searching for any information on the family of Piercy Carter who married Gabrial Washington Osteen in 1834. His father was Thomas Osteen married to Rachel Prichard. I believe this family of Carters were from Tenn when Piercy and Gabrial's son William Prichard Osteen was born in 1840. He married Minerva Ann Mims in Lavaca,Texas in 1861.
