I am new to the list and asking for help with my brick wall. I have Cynthia Carter married to William Rose in Wilkes Co. NC in 1830. They purchased land in Tazewell, Co. VA in 1848 from Elkanah Champ and his wife Nancy Carter. I have reason to believe that some how Cynthia and Nancy are related. The 1850 Tazewell Co. VA. census shows that Cynthia was born in NC in 1804. Would appreciated any leads. Dian
