Is there anyone out there,who might be researching my family? I have hit a brick wall for about four years now,and have tried about everything to break through it. These are my family members that I have lost. My ggrandfather name was Robert Wallace Carter born Aug.3,1861 in Nashville Tn. His family was living in Macon Co. Tn. at that time.His brothers and sisters was Sarah born 1843, A.James born 1844, Thomas G. born 1846, William born 1852, John A. born 1855, Gideon B. born 1856, George E. born 1865. Their father name was Edward L. born about 1814,either North Carolina, or Tn. his wife was Martha J. Horn born 1824 in Tn.
