I am loking for a picture of Jimmy Carter's mother-in-law around the time that Jimmy Carter was president. This would be in1980. Frances Allthea Smith would be around seventy four years old. Does anyone from Plain GA. have a newspaper clipping or picture that I may get a copy of? I tried the Carter library but have had no success so far. Thank you.
