Hello Does anyone know of Thomas Carter, born 1888, who was in Shawnee, OK, by 1910? We know he or other members of his family were there into the 1930s and 1940s. Thomas was the son of Jacob (Jake) Carter and Elizabeth Bennett Carter. We would like to make contact with his descendants. My husband descends from Thomas Carter's sister, Loyce Jane Carter.
