Hello Schannon, My ggGrandmother was Elizabeth Jane CARTER b. Fountain County, Indiana in 1838. I've not found her family yet but Census records state her father was born in Ohio and mother in Pa. I was wondering if you might share some of your Ohio Carter information with me if you have anything from the time period.
