(Sorry Marie, this got off to you personally before I could catch it) Don't just put "unsubscribe" in the subject line, it needs to be put in the body of the message as well (without quotes). To subscribe, Jane has to do the same, but with the word, "subscribe." And yes, the address for subscribing and unsubscribing has to include "request."
