I am trying to locate Isaac Samuel Carter. He was born in Indiana July 1863. He was married to Lucinda (?). They moved at some point to Hawesville, Ky. I believe he worked for the railroad. After her death, he married Luetta (Lula) Farmer. He died February 26, 1951 in Hawesville, KY. He was my grandfather by the second marriage. I have hit a wall. Can some one tell me anything or point me in the right direction.
