This request is not so much for me as it for his younger half brother Mark Carter. Mark has MS and at times is very sick, he has spent the better part of the last three years in and out of hospitals. His one request has been to find his half brother. I have done about all i can to help find him. I feel this is my last alternative, since the California birth and death records have been taken of the net it has been hard to locate him. I'm hoping that some one out there will recognize John Roberts Carter's name and help me us out.
