Still looking for JAMES PERRY CARTER born 30 May1860 in Tennessee( I think around Memphis)...Will keep trying...you never know when some information will POP-UP..He moved to Arkansas and married Laura Lillian Pendley in July 1887 in Cadron, Faulkner, Arkansas. He died in Feb. 1910 in the flu epedemic in Hugo, Choctaw, Oklahoma. Worked for the railroad! He is the only missing link in my entire family!!!
