I joined the list a few years ago, hoping to find some information on J. Floyd Carter. I have no idea where he was born or when. I do know that he was an Army major at the Presidio in the late 50s. And someone from this list suggested I Google his name, which I did, and found out he testified as an 'expert witness' in a UN Tribunal murder trial in the mid-90s. At that time, he was a retired Lt. Col. (US Army). That was all. If anyone on the list knows more about this man, it would be truly helpful. Other avenues have become dead ends - which sometimes happens when someone was in military intelligence. Thanks so much for keeping the list going! Cheryl Johnson
