Does anyone know of or have in their database Emanuel Carter who is on the Robeson Co., NC census, I think, about 1790-1810. Believe he is the brother of my Isaac Carter. Would be willing to share desc. of Isaac Carter to get info on Emanuel Carter. Thank You, Mary
