    3. Does anyone have a copy of the will of John Carter, Gallia County Ohio. If so, could you possibly scan it for me? I will share any Carter info that I have, if anyone needs this info. He was the John Carter (md Mary Lohr 25 Dec 1797) that lived in Shenandoah, VA., moving to Gallia, debatable time frame, probably abt 1805/06... died in Gallia County Ohio, 18 Sep 1866.     3. My grandmother, Nora Belle Carter born in 1893 parents were William Carter and Phoebe Alexander Carter in that area..any connection?
