Does anyone have a copy of the subject book that can provide a quick lookup for me? (The book is out of print and is not available at any library within 300 miles of me.) In John Frederick Dorman's Fourth Edition of "Adventurers of Purse and Person," p. 443, he cites the subject book, p. 114, as the source of the information that Lewis Burwell (d. 1756) of "Fairfield" married as his first wife Anne Holden. It's somewhat unusual for Mr. Dorman to cite a second source. What I would like to know is on what basis did the subject book (p. 114) make this claim, and are primary sources cited for this?
