The one I am researching was married to a Maria Brown. They had a son named John Hurd/Herbert Carson who was also born in Ohio around 1847. John died in Guyandotte, WV in Oct. 1921. John had a son named George Clifford Carson who married Luella Workman. If these names are a match or link to your researches, please contact me. I have some info that may be helpful to you.
