William Thomas was born in Enfield, Conn (I presume this is Connecticut) on 1/11/1882. In the Ellis Island website there is a record of him travelling to New York on 19/4/1920 with his wife, Catherine and sons William Andrew (born Tyrone 3/9/1909) and Wilfred (born Providence, RI, on 10/5/1918.
