This obituary was published in the Coronado Eagle in 1992, the town newspaper. Reverend CARSON was remarkable and known for his many accomplishments, one of which that is not mentioned in the obituary was authorizing and endorsing the establishment of a Youth Ushers Group (YUG) to serve the first worship service each Sunday morning. He appointed Mr. Robert "Bob" A. HANSON to be the YUG Leader. My brother Richard and myself were both members of this wonderful group until our respective graduations from Coronado High School (CHS) in the early to mid 1960's. Glen F. Pritchett
