I have been curious about the New England Walter Carson but have no info on him or the New York Carsons. Walter Carson m. Agness Chester Ct. PA was in the US by 1729; he's on the tax rolls in the same city where Samuel Carson m. Jane Patterson lived and paid taxes in 1725. We have a letter which establishes a blood relationship between Samuel and Walter in Chester Ct. but not whether cousins or brothers. It is probable both came together sometime prior to 1725; Walter may not have had land and therefore wasn't a taxpayer prior to 1729. The daughter of Walter Carson m.
