I am so confused beyond that. How many Samuels preceded him? The names for the wives are so close and there is so much conflicting information. Also, it appears that Walter (mentioned above) served in the Revolutionary War, but then I locate things that seem to make me think I have the wrong one. There also seems to be some argument in 2001 on the actual existence of Alexander Harvey Carson of Scotland.Has anyone found anymore documentantion since that point? I am just very curious.
