Samuel m. Jane Patterson and Walter Carson m. Agness both came to the US most probably from Ireland. Samuel was here by 1725 on tax list and Walter same city by 1729. They are blood relatives (documented) but whether cousins or brothers I do not know. They have virtually identical names for their children. I descend from Agness, daughter of Walter and Agness who married Henry Maxwell. The lady who knew everything about the Carsons in Harrison County unfortunately died last year and I've no idea what happened to her genealogy records. Her name was Betty Carson, lived in OK, so if you see her posts, they're correct. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
