The 1820 census lists a William Carson age 16-25 with two males under 10, wife same age group. Does anyone know anything about this William? Isn't there in 1930. Also, does anyone know what happened to the 692 acre Granville Grant to William Carson (m. Eleanor). Son Lindsay sold off part of it. What happened to the other half? Josette
Sorry - he isn't there in the 1830 census rather than 1930.
