Research on Charles before this time shows no results. Charles death certificate (d.22 Sep 1930 in Philly) indicates he was born in England 19 Sept 1855. He does not show up in any US census prior to 1880 when he, Philomena and daughter Lillie (Elizabeth) appear in Philadelphia records. Any info on this Charles would be greatly appreciated.
