Findings suggest that a bunch of Carsons from Lancaster PA moved to Rowan NC 1750s-1760s, then some went to Orange/Caswell NC, then to eastern TN. My direct Carson line was apparently in Rowan 1750s, then in Orange/Caswell 1760s-1770s, then in Washington/Greene TN 1780s-1790s. Indications suggest a connection to the Carsons in Rutherford NC also 1780s 1790s. Do you know of any descendants of Lindsey or Kit Carson from Rowan/Iredell who have done the DNA test? That might answer some questions Thanks, Gary
