I have a Samuel born about 1788. His sons biography said they were from Beaver County. My Samuel's middle name is Carson. So thought his mother may have been a Carson. Samuel also had a son named James. The same Biography says the family originaly came from Massachutes. Would like to compare notes. This Samuel is my brick wall. He moved to Tuscarawas County OH where he married first Diliah Hayes, then to Belmont County where he married Jane Woods. Fianlly he settled in Richland County OH where he died Feb. 7, 1862.
